Week 9 (Mar. 30) Reflection

My Partner and I come from different background. I am a classroom teacher, and she works in educational technology field. So we divided our work base on what we know the best. I create a curriculum and content, and write out detailed lesson plans as of what I would have done in f2f. Then based on her expertise, my partner transforms the lesson plans into online course. I think it works out very well and we ran ideas with each other.

The pros of working with a partner at a distance is that we are not bond to meeting place and time, which allows me to work at my own convenience time and in a more relax environment. There wasn't any drama or issue, and I actually enjoyed working this way for a very first time. The cons could be not receiving responses in a timely fashion. However, given that we had almost 3 weeks to work on this project, this was not a issue at all.
