I did not realize that charter schools are not state schools even though they are public funded; free of tuition. Charter schools did not have to follow that many regulations as state schools. This is something that struck me because i have been thinking that they are the same for 3 years.
By looking through different schools websites, I was surprised that some of them are "very very" poor managed and did not have much information. Some can't even find their real websites. If I am a student or parents, I already do not have any confident in going to this school.

That is why the most professional sites attract parents--even though they may not be offering the best courses or have the best teachers! It is a competitive environment.
